This page tells you information about how BOOTWATER (Bootwater Limited, 'we' or 'us') handle returns of any of the products (Products) purchased by our customers ('you' or 'your') on our website (our site) bootwaterbathrooms.co.uk.
This Returns Policy only relates to products (Products) ordered on our site. Your rights will be different if you have purchased products or services through our physical store.

Thank you for shopping on our site. There may be times when our customers may not be totally satisfied with the Products ordered on our site. The following are important terms and conditions for refunds and returns on the Products you purchase on our site.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the day after the date on which you received the Products or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Products delivered.

If you ordered multiple Products in the same basket, then it will be 14 days from the day after the date on which you received the last Products or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last Products delivered.

For Returns: The Products must be returned in the condition that you received them. In this case, we will refund the price of the Products in full including any delivery charged but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.

You must return the Products within 14 days of the date when you informed us of your decision to cancel.

In cases where you decide to cancel your order within 14 days and where the Products have not been shipped out by us, you are eligible for a full refund without any charges.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Products or from when you informed us of your decision to cancel if the Products have not been dispatched.

The refund will be made using the same method of payment as you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event at no extra cost to you.

For orders cancelled once the Products have been dispatched from our distribution centre. Such cancellation of orders will result in a refund of the Products, less any costs incurred by us in recovering the items back to our returns address.

For Defective Products: We will examine the returned Products and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Products.

It is highly advisable to check the Products for damage, preferably with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within a reasonable period.

Products returned by you because of a defect not caused by you or your servant or agent will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the Products to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the Products to us.

Returning Goods: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Products to Us. You need to write the order number on a separate sheet inside the packaging, so it's easier for identification of the items. Do not mark your original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof that they have been returned and received by us.

You have a responsibility to look after the Products while they are in your possesion and not diminished. You are only responsible for any dimished value of the Products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Please ensure the Products are in their original packaging with all the accessories they were supplied with.

Costs of recovery. In the event that you cannot organise the return of the Products, our cost of recovery will be no greater than:
SMALL: £15 (includes accessories which may have been shipped FREE)
MEDIUM: £30
LARGE FRAGILE: £50
SPECIAL: £80
