DELIVERY POLICY

BOOTWATER work with a number of delivery partners to fulfil our Contract with you in the most efficient and cost effective way.

The following information outlines how you should expect to receive your Products, the lead time after order confirmation, and how the costs for delivery are calculated and applied.

This Delivery Policy only relates to products (Products) ordered on our website. Delivery details will be different if you have purchased products or services through our physical store.

Due to the occasional but inevitable potential for Products to be unexpectedly out of stock, misdirected, damaged in transit or wrongly ordered or picked, we strongly advise against booking any tradespeople or undertaking preparatory work until your order has arrived and has been checked.

 

BOOTWATER DELIVERY CHARGES & INFORMATION

In order to maximise our ability to maintain a consistent delivery performance our policy is very simple.

All Products will usually be delivered between 5-10 working days.

(Overnight, AM etc – not currently available)

 

Products will be delivered and delivery charged in accordance with their size/fragility.

 

Multiple products ordered in the same Basket will combine into one delivery charge, calculated automatically and applied to your order prior to check out.

 

Delivery is currently restricted to Mainland England, Wales, and Lower parts of Scotland.

(You should not be able to check out using postcodes outside these zones)

Delivery is Free of Charge if a Basket is £1000 or greater.

Delivery is Free of Charge on all Accessories.

DELIVERY SIZE

SMALL  items are generally delivered by overnight couriers such as Yodel, Parcelforce, DPD or similar. Tracking information will be provided by email and/or text, and a signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available to sign for acceptance, the courier may leave it with your neighbour.

Non-fragile items

Less than 10kg,

MAX Dims: 60 x 60 x 60cm (or similar with no dimension greater than 100cm)

MEDIUM items are generally delivered by overnight couriers such as Yodel, Parcelforce, DPD or similar. Tracking information will be provided by email and or or text, and a signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available to sign for acceptance, the courier may leave it with your neighbour.

Non-fragile items.

Less than 20Kg.

MAX Dims: 140 x 30 x 50cm (or similar with no dimension greater than 140cm)

LARGE FRAGILE items are generally delivered by a special fragile courier service. A signature will be required on acceptance of delivery. Due to the fragile nature of some products, the supplied box may be delivered open due to the strict inspection for damage is carried out throughout its journey. An able bodied recipient is needed to accept and sign for delivery and get the Products to a secure location.

Fragile items.

Less than 40kg.

MAX Dims: 140 x 30 x 50cm (or similar with no dimension greater than 140cm)

 

SPECIAL typically for multiple product orders, are delivered by a pallet or "A" frame pallet for multiple product orders, meaning a pallet will be dropped outside of your property, usually kerbside. We recommend an able bodied recipient accept and sign for delivery and get the Products to a secure location. The cost will be calculated

during check out, but before payment.

Fragile/Oversized items.

More than 60kg.

MAX 4.1m long.

FREE delivery, on all accessories,  will generally be delivered by the same courier network

and conditions as SMALL items.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

BOOTWATER offer a great number of Products on our site for delivery throughout the areas of the United Kingdom illustrated.

Products can be considered 'Available to Purchase' unless they are listed as Out of Stock.

Stock is in most cases held with the manufacturer or their appointed distribution company in a location and with sufficient logistical support to be accessed and delivered to you in the estimated delivery lead time advertised and therefore 'Available to Purchase'.

The estimated delivery lead time advertised is the time frame we endeavor to deliver your items within. Tracking details will be sent via email or text to keep you updated, therefore please ensure that you provide us with an up to date mobile telephone number and a valid email address when placing your order. If the item is not in stock with our supplier for any reason, we will notify you with an estimated delivery date.

All delivery dates are given as an estimate. We strongly advise against booking any tradespeople or undertaking preparatory work until your order has arrived and has been checked

OUT OF STOCK

Products displaying " Out of Stock" are currently sold out and unavailable to purchase.

You can email (info@bootwaterbathrooms.co.uk) to be contacted when the item comes back into stock.

 

We may provide estimates for anticipated arrival of stock for guidance, but that information should be considered 'best case' and not a guarantee, with any number of logistical and performance failures outside of our direct control, having the potential to push dates back. We strongly advise you not to book any contractors until you have full receipt of all your items in good condition.

Free Mainland Delivery on orders over £1000*


Our courier companies offer an all day delivery service. Therefore your items will be delivered to you between the hours of 8am and 8pm. The courier often cannot give an exact time slot. You can normally track your parcel online by following the details in your tracking email or text. 

You will receive these details from the courier once your goods have been dispatched from us.

We strongly advise you not to book any contractors until you have full receipt of all your items in good condition.
